- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Only products purchased directly from our official store are eligible for returns.

- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
- Keep the shipping receipt as proof until the return is processed.
4. Refund Policy
